This information is not shared and is only relied on in aggregate to judge site performance and to aide in site tuning.
What Happens to your Personal Information - Bergen County Camera will not sell, give, release or rent your email or Postal Address, or release your information to any third party unless directed to do so by a court order. Should you wish not to receive our Postal Mailings, just let us know and we'll gladly honor your request and remove your name from our marketing lists. Return Policy
No cash or credit card refunds - store credit only. Defective merchandise may be exchanged within a thirty (30) day period if all packaging, equipment and warranty cards are returned in factory fresh condition. WARRANTY CARDS MUST REMAIN BLANK AND INTACT and SOFTWARE UNOPENED. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on any sensitized goods (film, paper), batteries, telescopes or certain computer accessories unless defective. Defective products may be subject to manufacturers warranty. Please see a sales associate if you have any questions or concerns. Returns missing any boxes, packaging, cables, disks or without blank warranty cards will be assessed a 15% restocking fee if we decide to accept the return. We do not refund shipping charges unless the error is ours.
Holiday Return Policy
In addition to the standard return policy listed above: All holiday exchanges must be completed by January 7, 2012 or thirty (30) days from date printed on receipt, whichever is later.
We offer a variety of shipping options for your convenience. Our standard shipper is UPS. Standard shipping is via UPS Ground delivery. We're happy to quote shipping charges for Next Morning, Next Afternoon, 2nd day, 3rd day or Standard Ground services from UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Depending on the shipments value, the following may apply - mandatory insurance, adult signature required, or direct signature only.
We do not offer C.O.D service.
