Tom- I wanted to write and let you know how much I appreciate the level of customer service that I have received at your store. As a novice photographer, it was overwhelming to purchase my first digital SLR. I need to recognize Rob Passman for his undying patience and guidance through the process. He was incredibly helpful in helping me make a decision. Every time I visit the store I am always greeted by smiling faces and an eagerness to please. I am especially grateful for the service that I received when I recently had a mechanical problem with my new camera. I am truly touched by the level of service that I received and I will continue to go out of my way to recommend your store to anyone that will listen. Rob's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
